I got a mailer last week.

Apparently the government is trying to encourage women my age to go for Pap smears to detect cervical cancer...

I'm sure many of you girls got it too.

I dunno... I've never been for a Pap smear.

Ok according to the pamphlet, it says,

"You should go for regular screenings if:

1. You have regular sex (ME? Have sex? Why I'm a virgin! *coughcough*)
2. You smoke (What if I used to puff puff abit? ;p)
3. Have had mulitiple sex partners (No comment. Anyway, as I said, I'm a virgin)
4. Have had an STD (Ok this one I really dun have...)

blah blah blah (I can't bloody remember the rest)...."

Okok.. so basically I SHOULD go.

I just can't imagine spreading my legs and showing my bits to a total stranger.

So pasieh leh... ;p

Working Woman's Hands

Just got back from Frankfurt today...

Had a really busy flight.. I worked behind the curtains so my hands got so work roughened and the skin all burnt from touching all the hot casserols.

When I met up with my sis for lunch this afternoon, Joshua held my hand and asked me, "Ah Yee... why is your hand so rough?"

I was quite surprised.. such an innocent, blunt comment.

I told him, "Ah yee touches alot of hot plates when I work so I burnt the skin on my hands. Thats why my hands so are rough..."

He nodded and accepted my explanation in that innocent, trusting way. But I could tell he didn't really want to hold my hand anymore.

Sigh.

After hating my black, boring, fat and masculine phone for the longest time, I finally found a phone which I really liked! :)

You have no idea how hard it is to find a white, slim, slider phone which is 3G.

Now... TA DAHH!!

When It Rains, Go Shopping!

It was raining miserably in Hong Kong EVERYDAY.

Thought of going to Lantau Island for sightseeing, but due to the miserable weather, we decided to go (you guessed it!) SHOPPING!

There never is any bad weather for shopping. Duh.

:)

But before we start shopping in Hong Kong…. There is shopping to do in San Francisco!

But even BETTER than shopping, was the (you guessed it again!) REALLY GREAT FOOD!!!!!

From famous pancakes and clam chowder in San Francisco, to dim sum, mango dessert and street food galore in Hong Kong!

My fav pancake place! I dragged everyone who was interested to have breakfast here. I'm glad everyone enjoyed it! ;)

And it was off to Fisherman's Wharf for the third time! Now where's tat cute fellow I saw... *squint*

They never have my name at those darn souvenir shops! So I settled with the next closest thing... hahaha.. ;p

Super realistic food magnets! *lick* Hmmm... Taste like.. Rubber. ;p

Furry Crabbie! I had never eaten such a fuzzy crab before... but it was really fresh and nice. :)

Abercrombie was ON SALE! This denim skirt was only $19.90!!! Last one in my size! I laughed at everyone else who was digging for it. WHAHHAHAaaa *evil laugh*

I bought fake lashes!!! *flutterflutterblinkblink* I ended up having glue all over my eyelids since its the first time I tried fake lashes. But the effect... woo hoo! Aren't we women so fake? ;p

A wedding "Xi" paper puncher! I swear it is seriously so cute. I can't wait to use it for my wedding stationery. :)
