Osaka-waka-baka.....

A 'lil Osaka trivia... Apparently Takopachi (is that how you spell it??), to us Singaporeans we call it tako balls, originates from Osaka... Ah hah! So now you know.... *nyaknyak*

Crap...

Anyway I just went around the shopping area in Namba and soaked in all their Pachinko machines and arcades. Bought hoards of stuff at the 100Yen shop... haha.. My proudest buy - A manual, handcrank paper shredder for 420Yen! That's about six bucks!

Yes! I am THAT proud of it! Hehehehee.... :)

Some sights of Osaka....

Till my next trip!

Toodles!

Did London Bridge Fall Down?

Since I did not actually see the London Bridge, so maybe it DID fall down after all... Haha ;p

Well, I did visit Tower Bridge, if that is any consolation...

So of course since I was at Tower Bridge, I had to stop by the Tower of London... I didn't go in for a tour... though I really wanted to :( I didn't want to drag my seniors into paying for a tour they wouldn't want to go for... Maybe next time I can "con" a junior into going with me.. heehee.

Next stop was to Westminster to visit Mr. Big Ben. :) Was so happy I managed to hear Mr. Ben go DingDong at 3.00pm... Lucky Bitch me... hahaha

Just across from Biggie Ben was the London Eye. Super Huge, Super Long Queue, Super Expensive, and Super Slow. Honestly.. I don't think I saw it move the whole time....

Anyway I woke up early the next morning and I decided to go take a walk by meself down to Kensington Park. It was a pretty chilly, dreary, drizzly typical London morning.... and I LOVED it. I put on my sweater, stuffed my hands into its pockets and did the Jamie Oliver walk down London's streets.. haha. I ALWAYS wanted to do that... :)

I was walking towards the pond in the park when I noticed a hell lotta doodoo in the grass. What I thought was doggie doo was actually swan doo! I realised it when I found lil white feathers sticking all over the doodoo. Yes, I put all my CSI watching to good use... :)

But HELL! Those were big bird plops! I wonder what the hell those swans eat.....

So anyway... I took a walk and came across Kensington Palace... whose gates were lined totally with Princess Diana tributes. It was really quite a shock. What I did not know was that Kensington Palace was her birth place and her Death Anniversary had just passed. It has been 8 years since her death and people from all over the world were still leaving tributes to her... Suddenly Elton's voice started ringing in my head..." Goodbye England's Rose..."

Egad.

*Shiver*

So that concludes my trip to London! Osaka pics another day la....

Sleepy liao.

*HUGS*

I Lubb My Lahling.... :)

Guess what? Jeremy sent me flowers! Lalalalaaa..... so sweet.

My dad was at home when the delivery guy came leaning on my doorbell, so he answered the door and five minutes later, my dad was hollering at me to come downstairs (I have to say its quite wierd to see your dad cradling a bunch of flowers.... ;p) and he started reading the attached card out loud "... as a token of my love.... Jeremy". I was like, "DAAAAA-AD!"

Fathers....

So I complained to Mum. :)

*sigh* I love the flowers... Oh yah... and Jeremy too. :)

Fainting Spells

I fainted last night... again. Twice.
I just want to thank the two girls who saved me when i literally collapsed in the middle of the club while i was desperately trying to get out to get fresh air.....
They sat me down at their table, talked to me, offered to help call my friends... I told them i had to get out, so they very kindly agreed to escort me out. Thank God they did because after taking a few steps, I fainted again. In my subconsious state, i could hear them screaming at everyone to get out of the way as they dragged my dead weight out of the club.
I was so apologetic, and they were so gracious. I have never met two more beautiful people in my life. I didn't even get their names...
I wish I could somehow thank them, but I guess I will never be able to.
Thank you ladies... you were my angels.
