Why Men Should Always Listen to Their Wives/Girlfriends

Why?

COZ WE ARE ALWAYS RIGHT.

And I have proof 'k!!!

Two years ago, Jem and I were leaving for a night flight to Bangkok for a 5-day holiday.

For reasons I cannot phantom, he insisted on playing soccer that very morning.

I told him not to, in case he hurt himself. He promised he would NOT play. And of course.. Jem being the naughty fellow he is, played.

And as guessed, he hurt his leg. He spent the next five days limping all over Bangkok while I nagged his poor ears off.

Now a couple of days ago, Jem excitedly told me he would be going to Pasir Gudang just before Chinese New Year.

I told him it wasn't a good idea in case anything happened blahblahblah...

He insisted nothing would happen blahblahblah....

HAH! As you can guess Mr. Speed Demon let his ego get in the way and he skidded on the track and buanged his car.

I had a very sheepish Jem calling me while I was in Dubai. Now his heart hurts so bad coz his precious car is all bruised and battered.

I was trying SO HARD not to say the words, "I TOLD YOU!! I TOOOLLDD YOOOUU!!!!!"

But I WILL say this..

Dar, Thank God it's only your car and nothing else happened to you.

Oh and apparently Jem told me the first thing that popped into his head after the crash was, "Geri's gonna KILL me."

I take it as a good sign. I have instilled "The Fear" in him. Wahahaha.... ;p
