Maybe One Day...

I guess I have been quiet for a while...

Things have been different. Not to mention difficult.

(Wow... this is the first time i find it hard to write anything...)

The one thing you learn and discover quickly when you are newly single are who your true friends and loved ones are.

My family and friends, have all been my pillars of support. They have handed me the tissues, been generous with their hugs, time and words of encouragement.

I know it may seem cruel what I have done. Going ahead without a glance over my shoulder, but I suppose I took too long to move ahead. I created a mess. I'm trying my damnest to clean it up.

I know that in life, what I hope and wish for may not always be mine. It's painful. But I understand....

I met a chap who called out to me as I was walking away, in the most earnest of voices he said, "Do you believe in Destiny?"

I turned back and smiled.

And my answer is Yes I do believe in Destiny. Maybe one day, if things were ever meant to be.

Maybe One Day, I will be happy.

Maybe One Day, things will be clearer.

Maybe One Day, if you and I are meant to be.
