There Can Be Too Much of A Good Thing...

I have Overdosed.

Totally O.D-ed.

There is such a thing as too much:

-Tom Yum Soup
-Pad Thai
-Hotel American Breakfast (eating the same freaking breakfast for 4 days straight is like joining Fear Factor...)

HOWEVER! There is never.. NEVER too much shopping! *WHEE*

My cargo bag came back chock full... REALLY full. After all the tossing around.. my stuff are all still in their same place. hahaha.

I definately over ate. But.. but.. the streetside snacks just look so good! I couldnt help it...

The weather was SO hot and muggy... it was pure torture to squeeze with all the other sweaty bodies in the markets... It didnt help that Jem's leg was aching the whole trip.. (I told u not to play soccer on the day we leave! *nagnagnagnagnag*) But he was such a trooper for gamely going on and walking everyday without complaint. :)

We visited the usual Chatuchak Weekend Market, Suan Lum night market (MY ALL TIME FAV PLACE!), Pratunam Market, MBK...

But we also visited new places for us like Khao San (Jem tailored his business shirts for only SGD26 /piece!) and Ratchada (for seafood!)

All in all i had such a blast! (although now my throat is hoarse from all the spicy food).

Can't wait to go back!

Chatuchak Weekend Market

See who i met! She was the cutest and sweetest little puppy! And she's so good at taking photos! I swear i kept thinking of her and missing her the rest of the day...

Fried Quail Eggs! Damn Cute and Really Yummy!

Dunno wat you call these snacks.. but its coconut cream spread on a crispy batter with shredded mango or coconut. YUMMY!

Finally Found it! Hahaha... how typically "crew"... ;p Will hang it on my cabin bag. Dumdeedum.

Khao San Road

At the start of Khao San Road...

Sampling more street fare.. Fried rice and Phad Thai

Geri endorses Chang Beer. Its Good. Really.

Phad Thai Street Hawker! Notice how he smiles.. i din even have to tell him im taking his photo. He's obviously experienced... ;)

MBK & Siam Square

The Evil Shopping Monster rampages through the city.... *roar*

Traffic as far as the eye can see!

Seen on the BTS Train... I Love Culture Shocks :)

Suan Lum Night Bazaar

My All Time Fav place!!! The stuff they sell is so artsy-fartsy and so retro.. you just cant help but go "oooh" at every corner.

The La Roue De Paris! A huge 60m travelling Ferris Wheel. We had a go at it and i freaked out at the top. It din help that the cage kept swinging about!

TukTUkTuKking Away!

*vroom!* You all know how the name "tuk tuk" came about rite? Its derived from the noise the engine makes... how it goes "tuktuktuktuktuk"... hahaha.. ;P Cute...

Homeward Bound!

Its nice not to have to work when im on a plane ;)

P.S. I'm still guzzling on Liang Teh. sigh.
